Kick Studio box recording (30/12/15)

In a my most recent recording session, I worked on attempted to capture a kick sound with a drum box with a D112 and a plate mic, this worked brilliantly.

I had to do this because up until this moment I was using a sampled kick drum as a draft to help, but this would be cheating, and I needed something to represent a kick drum but without cheating.
