'Dry - Wet'. (Drum & Bass)

Theme: 'Tones & Textures'

Recording air fans, bicycle bells and street ambience, along with textured sounds of scrunched lollipop rappers, chewing gum and bubbling water, this song switches between dry fast beats and slow, wet sweep effects.

Track 2.

'Cappuccino'. (Glitch Hop)

Theme: 'Household Utilities'

Along with using a hair dryer for sweeps and sub, clangs, smashes, scrapes and hits of cutlery, tiles and metal are manipulated and composed. Vocals of sampled chops are acquired from an ambience recording of a café as a waitress serves me a Cappuccino.

Track 3.

'PKMN Yellow' (Electro House)

Theme: 'Electronics

Electrical signals were recorded using a coil microphone for bass, and synth effects. Printers, telephones are also recorded. A Nintendo game boy colour plays the theme tune for Pokemon Yellow, processed into lead synth melodies.

Track 4.

'The Birds & Bees'. (Melodic)

Theme: 'Natural'

Only nature based recordings are used, ambience and water for effects and builds, but most identifiable are the bird tweets and calls, manipulated and composed to create a melody, along with a bee recording,
